All orders ae made to order and automatically processed through our trusted production partner. Once you place your order, it goes into production within 1-2 business days.
Production and Delivery Time
our products are produced and shipped directly from out international facility.

Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day you place your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We're working on offering free shipping for larger orders - stay tuned!
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your OTT delivery all the way to your door.
Delays & Customs
While we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, delivery times may be affected by things like customs processing or courier delays, especially during peak seasons.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied by their country.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us with 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out ASAP.
